RS Oxyfuel CNC Cutting Machine Overview

The RS Oxyfuel CNC delivers precision cutting using either machine or conventional gas torches, cutting mill steels up to 12" inches (300mm) thick. Systems include the machine gantry, cutting torch, cutting table with material support slats and a CNC Control console. Other options include multi torch head support, automatic torch ignition, staged gas control, multi language support.

Machine Sizes

RS Oxyfuel CNC is available in 4 ft, 8 ft, 10 ft, 15 ft widths, and in cutting lengths from 3 ft until unlimited.

Oxyfuel Torch & Gas Management

RS Oxyfuel CNC allows multiple torch up to 8 torches, depending on the width of the CNC gantry. A patent-pending "smart gas management" allows users to easily adjust the pressure without worrying the CNC process.

Heavy Duty Gantry Design

The heavy duty tubular steel frame is perfectly welded & is stress resistant to ensure precise CNC gantry alignment for perfect cutting. Gantry is designed to reduced maintenance.

Cutting Table

The cutting table is fabricated from heavy beams & plates. Design of the cutting table is heavily depended on the cutting material thickness.
